2. How will I know if my order has been canceled?

Yes, if the item is still available, you can place a new order for it.

If your order was canceled before payment was processed, no charges will be applied. If the payment was processed, a refund will be initiated automatically.

5. How long does it take to get a refund for a canceled order?
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by visiting the "My Orders" section in your Babiken account and selecting "Cancel Order."

7. I used a discount code for my order. Will I get the discount back if the order is canceled?
If your order was canceled, any discount codes or promotions used will be restored to your account, and you can use them for a future purchase, subject to the terms and conditions.

8. My order was canceled due to an address issue. What should I do?
If your order was canceled due to an invalid or incomplete address, please update your address in the "My Account" section and place the order again.
